Our business is based in Rench Khelar, and the office is located at the home of Tarique Ahemad Khan. To get here, you have to go through Nimapada. It is a very local setup, and we like it that way. We operate in the Puri district, which is a bit different from working in the big city of Bhubaneswar. Things move a little slower here, but there is still plenty of work to be done. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to the people who live in the surrounding villages. It is not a corporate environment at all. We often meet people over tea and discuss projects in a very casual way. Being in a more rural area like Rench means we have to be very practical about how we move materials and get things built. The roads aren't always great, especially during the monsoon season. We don't have a lot of staff or a big office building. It is just us doing the work that needs to be done. We have a deep respect for the land and the people here in Puri. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just try to help people develop their property in a way that makes sense for them.
