H.B.S. Real Estate & Home Developers Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 986 in Mouza-Padanpur. Our office is in the Bhimapur area of Jatani, which is a bit of a distance from the main hub of Bhubaneswar. It is a quieter spot where there is still a lot of open land and potential for new homes. We spend most of our time out in the fields, looking at plots and checking on the progress of our current building sites. The office in Jatani is where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in buying land or starting a house project. It is a very practical setup with just the essentials. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments; we handle everything ourselves from start to finish. This means we are often dusty from the sites or stuck on the phone trying to get a delivery of bricks to arrive. The road out here to Padanpur can be a bit rough sometimes, especially after a heavy rain, but we manage to get around. We like being in a growing area like Jatani because we get to see the landscape change as new people move in. It is hard work and there is always something to fix or a problem to solve with the local authorities, but we just keep plugging away at it every day because that is what we do.
