Our office is tucked away at E-19 on the ground floor, right near the lift in Radhey Puri. It is a simple setup and the hallway usually has people coming and going all day. We do infrastructure projects. This means we spend a lot of time staring at blueprints and trying to figure out logistics. Our desks are almost always buried under stacks of papers and folders. We are not the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it is just regular shirts and trousers because we might have to head out to a site at any moment. Radhey Puri is a nice enough neighborhood and we have a routine here. There is a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the office. Working in infra is often a bit of a headache with delays or material issues, but we just handle things as they come up. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones in a polished way. If the phone rings, one of us just grabs it. We keep our files organized as much as we can, though there is always a bit of dust on the shelves. We do not do big presentations. We would rather just show someone what we are working on with a pencil and paper. It is a small business and we just try to stay busy and get the work done right.
