Gram Tarang Technical Vocational Education & Training Private Limited is located at Plot No. 136/137 in Jatni. We are part of the CSREM Ramachandrapur area, which is quite a large space for technical work. The environment here is very hands-on. You can often hear the sounds of tools or machines being used in the vocational training sections. We spend a lot of our time out on the plot or in the training rooms making sure the equipment is working right. It’s not a polished corporate office. There is a lot of dust because of all the technical work we do, and we usually have grease or dirt on our hands by the end of the day. Jatni is a good place for this kind of training because there is plenty of room to move around. We don’t have any slick brochures or anything; we just focus on the technical skills. Most days are spent showing people how things work or fixing whatever broke the day before. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of movement. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve grown used to the busy nature of the campus. We keep things simple and just focus on the vocational training that needs to happen. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. We have a small shed in the back where we keep the larger tools, and someone is always misplacing the keys to it. It’s just one of those things you deal with when you have a big plot in Jatni like ours.
