Our place is called Computer And Laptop Solution, and you can find us in Pipili, near Bhubaneshwar. We set up here because there are always people needing help with their computers. It’s a straightforward kind of business. We spend our days looking at screens and taking machines apart to see why they stopped working. The shop is pretty basic—just some benches, a lot of screwdrivers, and spare parts tucked away in drawers. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is working on a laptop at the time. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things sound more complicated than they are. Sometimes a fix is easy, and sometimes it takes a lot of time and patience to find the problem. We’ll tell you straight if something is worth fixing or if it’s time to get a new one. Being near Bhubaneshwar but out in Pipili gives us a good mix of customers. We get people from the city and people from the local villages. We don't do any big marketing. We just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their friends about us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We’re here most days, just working through the pile of repairs on the desk. The blue walls of the shop have seen a lot of old computers come and go.
