We are Smallteam Services, and you can find us over at Nilachakra Nagar on the 6th Lane. The name says it all, really. We are not a big crew, just a handful of us working together. 6th Lane is a pretty quiet spot, which is nice when you are trying to get through a big pile of work. We have been here in Nilachakra Nagar for a while now and it has become a very familiar street for us. Everyone sort of knows everyone else’s business a little bit in this area. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. It is a very informal environment. We just focus on getting the services done that people ask for. There is no corporate ladder to climb here. We just help each other out. Sometimes the 6th Lane gets a bit busy with parked cars and delivery bikes, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We do not spend money on big advertisements or flashy signs. We just rely on being here and doing the work. It is a practical way to run things. We like being a small team because it makes communication easier and we do not have to deal with too many long meetings. We just get on with it.
