Ali Condev (Opc) Private Limited

Ali Condev is a small operation based out of Sangalai Sasan in the Pipili area. Since it’s an OPC, it’s mostly one person calling the shots, with some extra hands brought in when the work gets heavy. The office is right there in the Po-Sangalai Sasan area, close to Pipili, which is a place known for its craft but we focus on the development and construction side. It’s a quiet spot to work, which is good because there’s always a mountain of paperwork to get through. Between managing the sites and dealing with the local regulations, there isn't much time for anything else. We don’t have a flashy office with a view. It’s just a room with a desk, a chair, and a lot of determination to get things finished. Pipili is a nice place to be based, even if it’s a bit of a drive to some of the bigger project sites. The work is steady, and people in the area have gotten used to seeing us around on different jobs. We don't make big promises we can't keep. Instead, we just take it one brick at a time and try to stay organized. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain slows us down, but that’s just part of life here. We just keep plugging away at it, making sure each development is solid and done right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the district, just a steady one that people can actually talk to.
