We operate out of a ground floor space at A-1/292 here in Janak Puri. Being on the ground floor is quite nice because we do not have to wait for the elevators when we are rushing in and out of the building. Most of our day is spent talking to different people about where they are going to live next. It is a lot of responsibility when you think about it, helping folks find a place that actually feels right for them. We do not use any of those big, fancy words you see in the real estate ads. We just tell people what is available and what the real situation is with each property. The neighborhood here is pretty settled, and we like being part of the local community. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples of floor tiles or bits of hardware we are looking at for the new units. We keep the kettle going and try our best to stay on top of all the emails coming in. It is not a high-pressure environment in here at all. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the houses we are working on are solid and that all the paperwork is in order for the new owners. There is always some small thing that needs fixing or a tiny detail to check on a site, so we are rarely just sitting around doing nothing. We have been in Janak Puri for a long time.
