You can find Invithi Software Private Limited over in Ward-03 of Nahar Rupauli village. We operate out of Sukan Thakur’s place. It’s a small village setup, which is quite different from the usual software offices you see on the news. We like it this way. It’s quiet, and we know almost everyone who walks by the door during the day. We focus on software development and related tasks. People might wonder how a software company works out of a village like Nahar Rupauli, but we have our computers and we have the internet, so we make it work just fine. It’s not always easy though. Sometimes the power is out for hours and we just have to wait it out or find something else to do. But that’s just life here. We aren't trying to be a giant firm with thousands of people. We just want to do good work from where we live. Most of the guys working here are from nearby areas. We didn't want to leave our families to go to the big cities for work. So we brought the work here instead. It’s a simple life. We work hard during the day and go home to our families in the evening. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just tasks to finish and problems to solve. We take pride in what we do, even if it’s from a small room in a village. Invithi is just us trying to build something for ourselves.
