Grainex Agrico Private Limited

We are located down in Village Math Lohiyar, specifically in the Katwashi area. It's in the Harsidhi block of East Champaran. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you aren't used to the roads. Our work is all about grain and agriculture, hence the name. We started this small company because there was a need for better handling of the crops in this part of Champaran. It’s a very rural spot. You’ll see a lot of green fields before you hit our gate. We have a small team, mostly people from the nearby houses. We don't have a big management structure. Everyone just knows what their job is for the day. Sometimes we're loading sacks, other times we're checking the quality of the seeds. It gets very busy during the harvest season. We work long hours then. The rest of the year is a bit slower, which gives us time to fix the machines. We use basic equipment that gets the job done. No need for anything too high-tech for what we do. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. If you come by, you'll probably find us in the yard or the warehouse. It's not a place for suits and ties. We keep a logbook by the door to track what goes out and what comes in.
