It’s a family-oriented vibe because that’s how things are done here in Bihar. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the agro business. Patepur is a place where everyone knows everyone’s business, so we try to keep things honest. We deal with the crops and the local trade. The building we use in Maudah Bujurg is a regular house that we've adapted for the business. It’s got plenty of space for what we need. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get trucks in and out, but we manage. Sakaldeo and Barznandan are usually around to see how things are going. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get people in. People come to us because they know where we are and what we do. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially during the peak seasons. We’re just a local company trying to make a living in the agro sector. Vaishali has good land, and we try to make the most of it without overcomplicating things. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We are just simple people doing simple work out here.
