You’ll find us at Samanta Bhavan in the village of Kenduata, which is part of Daspur in West Midnapore. It’s quite a bit different from the big city offices in Kolkata. Nutsbit Solutions is more of a local operation, and we like it that way. Being out here means it’s a lot quieter, and we don't have to deal with the constant traffic or noise. The building is simple and it’s where we get all our tech work done. Most of us are from around this area, so we don't really do the formal corporate thing. We just show up, talk about what needs to be fixed or built, and then we get to it. Sometimes we take our breaks outside where it's a bit more peaceful. We might not have the fastest elevators or a fancy lobby, but we have everything we need to do good work. People in the village know us, and we feel like a part of the community here. It’s just a group of us who are good with computers and wanted to stay local instead of moving away. We handle things as they come and try to keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the job. It’s honest work, and doing it from Samanta Bhavan makes it feel a lot more like home than a regular office. We just take things one day at a time.
