Sree Durga Food Industry

Sree Durga Food Industry is located on Kachari Road in the district of Burdwan. This part of town has a lot of history and the road is always full of people going to the government offices or the market. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our building is an old one, but it works for what we do. Inside, it smells like the different food items we process. It is a very basic setup without any of the fancy gadgets you might see in big city factories. We have a small group of local workers who know the process inside out. We spend most of our time making sure the machines are clean and the packing is done right. Kachari Road can get very congested in the afternoons, so we try to get our heavy lifting done early in the morning. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be cooked or packed for the next delivery. The rain in Burdwan can be heavy, and sometimes it leaks a little near the back door, but we just put a bucket down and keep working. It’s a very local business and we like being part of the Burdwan community. People know us as the food place on Kachari Road and that is good enough for us. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
