Spezia Spice & Food is located in Vill-Aushara, at Faziur Rahaman Sekh’s place. We are in the Polashan area of Bardhaman. We deal with spices and food products. It’s a very local operation. We spend a lot of time grinding spices and making sure everything is packed right. The smell of spices is everywhere in our workplace. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't a big factory. We do most things by hand or with small machines. We’ve been in Bardhaman for a long time, so we know the area well. We don't have a website or any social media stuff. We just focus on the product. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is humid. We have to be careful with how we store things. Our team is just a few local guys and family members. We don't use any fancy language to talk about our business. We just sell spices and food. Some days are slow and others we can barely keep up with the orders. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the business going and provide for our families. It's a simple life and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and work. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just pack spices and hope for the best.
