Nisthaorganic India Private Limited is situated at Plot No-10/24 in the Tetikhola area of Arrah, which is part of Durgapur in Paschim Bardhaman. It is an interesting spot because Durgapur is usually thought of as a big industrial city with steel plants, but we are working on the organic side of things. Our plot is in a place that feels a bit more open than the city center. We spend our days managing the organic processes and making sure everything follows the natural rules we set for ourselves. The building is a basic structure, nothing too modern. We have a yard where we keep some of our materials and a couple of rooms for the office work. The weather in Bardhaman can be quite extreme, so we are always checking the forecast to see if we need to cover our supplies or if the dry heat is going to be a problem. We aren't a large team, just a few people who have lived in this area for a long time. We know the local roads and the local people. It’s a lot of routine work—checking records, talking to suppliers, and making sure the items are what they should be. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting organic products ready for people who want them. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we are used to that.
