Ncoder Techno Llp is tucked away in Rotibati. We are right near the Rotibati Work Shop, which is a pretty well-known landmark if you are from around this part of Bardhaman. The air here is a bit different than the big cities, and we like that just fine. Our pin code is 713339 if you are ever looking for us on a map. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff members and a human resources department. It is just a few of us here doing what we do best. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on computers, as you might guess from the name of the company. Sometimes the electricity acts up and we have to wait for things to reboot, but that’s just life in this part of India. We’ve got a daily routine that seems to work for everyone. We show up, have some chai, and get to the tasks at hand. People around here know us as the tech guys near the workshop. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when things get really busy with a deadline and we stay late. We don't have a big reception desk or those fancy ergonomic chairs. Just regular desks, our computers, and a lot of focus on the screen. Being in Bardhaman gives us a bit of a slower pace, which helps when you’re trying to solve things without all the noise of the city.
