Jr. Engg.

We operate out of a small place in Munshidanga village. It’s in the Satgachia area of the Burdwan district, with the pin code 713422. The sign says Jr. Engg. and that’s what we do. Being out in the village is different from the big city offices. It’s a bit quieter, though there’s always something happening in the fields or the local market. We handle engineering work from here, mostly dealing with local projects and technical tasks. The office is just a simple building. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy furniture, just the basics like desks and chairs to get the job done. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out or work by the window, but that’s just life here. We’ve lived and worked in this district for a long time. People around Munshidanga know us by name. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting the engineering right and making sure the plans are solid. It’s a slow-paced life compared to the cities, but the work still needs to be finished on time. We spend our days looking at prints and writing out notes by hand. There isn't any grand vision, just the daily effort to do the work properly and support the local area as best we can. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it works for the kind of engineering projects we handle.
