Jindal Steel & Power Limited

Our branch of Jindal Steel & Power Limited is located at 21/7 Bharati Road in the B Zone of Durgapur. This is in the Burdwan district of West Bengal, zip code 713205. The area is very industrial, and you can always hear the sound of machinery or trucks in the distance. Our office on Bharati Road is quite plain. We don’t have any fancy furniture or expensive rugs. It’s just a functional space where we manage the steel and power projects. The B Zone has a very specific feel to it, and we have become a part of that over the years. We spend our time looking over documents and making sure the supplies are going where they should. The weather in West Bengal can be very humid, especially in the rainy season, so the office can feel a bit damp sometimes. We just keep the windows open and get on with it. We don't have a mission or a fancy philosophy. We just show up and do the work. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We are just a group of people trying to make a living and keep the business moving. It’s not complicated. We just focus on the steel and the power and let everything else take care of itself. That is just how we do things here on Bharati Road every single day.
