The air usually has that heavy, metallic smell you get in manufacturing towns. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional building where we keep track of the steel production and sales. We’ve got some heavy machinery nearby and you can often hear the sounds of the mills working in the distance. The roads around here are mostly used by big trucks, so it gets a bit bumpy and dusty. We have a team of local people who have been working in the steel industry for years. They know the business inside and out. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated business strategies. We just focus on making sure the steel is of the right quality and that it gets loaded onto the trucks properly. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in this part of the state, so we have a generator to keep the computers running. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us.
