We are located on N.N. Bose Road in Durgapur. This town is built on industry, so we feel right at home here. Our business is all about refractory supplies. We make the bricks and materials that line the big industrial furnaces. It’s a heavy, dirty job. You won't find anyone here wearing a clean shirt by the end of the day. The building we work in has been around for a long time. It’s got high ceilings and a lot of history in the walls. We don't have a corporate office in a glass building. We just have our workspace and a small area for the files. Durgapur is a busy place, and N.N. Bose Road sees a lot of traffic. We like being in the middle of it. Most of our customers are the local plants and factories that have been around as long as we have. We don't spend money on big ads. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. If you do a decent job, people talk. The work is physical and requires a lot of standing, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the supply of raw materials gets delayed, which can be frustrating, but we always find a way to keep the production moving. It’s just how things are done here. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide a solid product for the local industry. It's a living and we're proud to do it.
