Roy Associate

Out here in Khosbagan, right near the Kali Mandir, is where you will find us at Roy Associate. It is a quiet area most of the time, except during the festivals. We have been helping people with their land and property needs for a good while now. Most of the people who come to see us are our neighbors or folks from the nearby villages. We don’t have a website or anything like that, we just talk to people face to face. It’s a lot easier to understand what someone wants when you are sitting right across from them. Sometimes people come in just to ask about prices or to see if we know anyone looking to buy a bit of farmland. We try to keep our records organized, but it’s mostly just notebooks and files in the cabinet. Living and working near the Mandir means everyone knows where we are, so we don't need big signs. We just do our work, help with the registrations, and make sure the deals are fair for everyone involved. Property can be tricky with all the local rules, so we spend a lot of time explaining things simply so nobody gets confused. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the community here. We usually stay open until the sun goes down and the temple bells start ringing. It is a decent way for us to earn a living while helping out our friends.
