Malay Mukherjee

My name is Malay Mukherjee and you can find me over in Khacharipara, in the Katwa area of Burdwan. I have lived and worked in this district for most of my life, so I know the roads and the people around here pretty well. My workplace is just a simple spot where I handle my daily business. It isn't anything fancy, just a room with a desk and some chairs for people to sit when they come by. I don't really like the corporate way of doing things with lots of meetings and emails. I prefer just talking to people face to face. In Khacharipara, things move a bit slower than in the big cities, and I think that’s a good thing. It gives me time to actually focus on what I am doing. Sometimes I have to travel around the district for work, but I always come back here to finish up. I don't have a big team behind me, just myself and a little bit of help now and then. It can be a lot of work to manage everything alone, but it keeps me busy. I am just a local guy doing what I know how to do. If you are in Katwa, you might see me around. I’m just trying to do honest work and keep things simple for everyone involved.
