Areva T&D India Ltd.

Our place, Areva T&D India Ltd., is tucked away in the Loco area of Bhadrapally in Burdwan. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the Post and District being the same, but it’s where we’ve set up our base. We are right there at Pin 713101. It’s an interesting part of town because of the railway influence nearby. You can often hear the sounds from the tracks if the wind is blowing the right way. The building we’re in is sturdy and has seen plenty of years. We don't spend much money on decorations or anything like that because we are usually too busy with the actual work. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the week. We have some desks and a lot of equipment scattered around. It feels like a real workshop or a busy office most of the time. The tea stall down the road is where most of us end up during the afternoon break. It’s a good way to catch up on what’s happening in Burdwan. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that, just us working here. If you need to find us, just head towards the Bhadrapally side of the tracks. The road can be a bit bumpy after the rain, so watch your step. We’ve been here long enough that the local postman knows us by name without even looking at the mail or the house numbers.
