Amina Loha Biponi

Amina Loha Biponi is located at the College More in Guskara. We are in the Ausgram police station area. Our shop is focused on iron, which is what 'Loha' means in our language. We have all sorts of iron products, from simple rods used in building foundations to more decorative pieces for gates. The shop is right at the junction, so there is always the sound of horns and people talking outside. It’s a bit of a small space for all the heavy metal we keep, so you have to be careful where you step. We’ve been here in Guskara for many years, and we've seen the college nearby grow and the streets get busier. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who do everything from the billing to the heavy lifting. The floor is made of hard concrete, but it’s mostly covered in iron shavings and dust. We don’t have a fancy computer or a polished way of doing things. We just use a simple calculator and a pen to do our work. Most of our customers are local builders or farmers who need something repaired. We drink tea from the small shop next door and wait for the next person to walk in. We don't believe in big marketing. People know us because we’ve always been at College More. We just provide the iron that people need and try to be fair with everyone.
