We’ve been in this spot for several years now. It’s a simple building where we store all our ceramic goods. The roads around here can be a bit dusty, especially when the trucks come by. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. There is no corporate polish here. We are just local people working hard every day. We usually start the day with a bit of cleaning and then we check the orders. Many of our customers are locals from the West Bengal area who know our faces. We don't use fancy words or try to sell you things you don't need. If we have it, we show it to you. If we don't, we tell you straight. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We have a small desk for the paperwork and a couple of chairs for guests. It’s not a lounge, just a place to sit for a minute.
