If you are looking for Youth Planet Tailors, we are located at number 5 in Shivaji Nagar. We are part of the Surat Singh Estate, specifically in the Milleniom Towar Bld. It is right opposite the Hotel Panchvati Gourav, which is a big landmark that most people around here know. Our shop is usually filled with the sound of sewing machines running and the snip of scissors against heavy fabric. It is a busy little place, and there is always a pile of clothes waiting to be fixed or hemmed. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just our work tables and the racks where we hang the finished items. The light in the building is okay, but we often have to use extra lamps to see the small stitches properly. Being near the hotel means there are always new faces walking by, but most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. I spend a lot of my time measuring people and marking chalk lines on cloth. It’s a lot of sitting and leaning over, so my back usually aches by the time evening rolls around. We try to keep the shop tidy, but when you are working with thread and scraps of silk all day, a bit of a mess is just part of the job. It is a small business, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
