We are located in the Crown Shree Mangal building, unit 404, on Deccan College Road in Yerwada, Pune. It’s a busy area, especially with the college nearby and all the traffic heading through Yerwada. Our office is up on the fourth floor, so we get a decent view of the street below. We handle travel arrangements, which means we spend most of our time on computers or talking on the phone. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. It isn't a luxury lounge; it’s just where we work. Some days are quiet, and other days the phones don't stop ringing. We get all kinds of people coming in, some who know exactly where they want to go and others who are just looking for ideas. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a small team of us sitting here in Yerwada. We try to keep up with all the changes in travel rules, which can be a headache sometimes. The building has a lot of other businesses, so there's always people coming and going in the elevator. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if it gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away. We just take it one booking at a time.
