You can find us at A- 502 Vardhamanpura, right on the Biswewadi Kondhwa Road. We are just opposite the Gangadham Phase 1 Market Yard, which is a very busy area with lots of traffic. We’ve been running this tour office for some time now. Mostly, we help people who want to go on a trip but don't want to handle all the internet stuff themselves. It gets a bit crowded in the office during the summer holidays because everyone wants to go somewhere cool. We deal with bus tickets, flight bookings, and sometimes we put together a whole package for families. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the systems are slow and it gets frustrating, but we manage. Our office isn't very large, just a few desks and chairs for customers to sit while we talk about where they want to go. We see a lot of people from around the Market Yard area coming in to ask about prices. We try to be clear about what is included and what isn't because no one likes surprises on their vacation. Travel planning has changed a lot with all the apps, but many people still like coming in to talk to a real person. We just sit here, look at the maps and the dates, and try to find a route that works. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we enjoy meeting new travelers.
