Yashaswi Academy For Talent Management is located at C T S No.72/1 on Prabhat Road. We are in Lane Number 15, which is a very familiar part of Pune for most locals. The area has a lot of old charm and big trees. Our office is in one of those older buildings. It is not a modern glass tower. We like it this way because it feels more personal. We spend our time helping people find their path and manage their talents. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We don't have a fancy lobby with a big screen. It is just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and lots of files. Prabhat Road can be quite busy, and finding a place to park your scooter can be a challenge sometimes. We have been operating from here for a long time. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't use any corporate talk or pretend to be something we aren't. We just want to help people get better at what they do. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it is full of people. We drink a lot of tea and just work through our tasks. It is a comfortable, local business. We don't need anything more than that to do our job. If you walk down lane 15, you will find us easily enough.
