We are currently operating out of 39/7 in the Arvind Housing Society, which is located in Anandnagar. We are right on Sinhgad Road here in Pune 51. The space is care of Mr. R. B. Sawant. It is a residential society, so it has a much more relaxed vibe than the commercial districts. You see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing while we are inside working on things for Whirlpool Of India Ltd Pune. The traffic on Sinhgad Road can be a real headache, so most of us try to get here early to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is quite modest. We haven’t done much to change it from its original layout. We just put in some sturdy desks and got the computers connected. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or expensive furniture. It’s just a practical place for us to gather and get through our lists. We usually have a bit of a lunch break where we sit together and talk about normal things, not just work. It’s a very human way to spend the work week. We don't have any big corporate goals plastered everywhere. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families at the end of it. It is a simple and honest way to operate.
