Vodafone Store

This shop is located in Radhika Palace, right at Shagun Chowk in Pimpri Keshav Nagar. We have two units, Shop 2 and 3, joined together. It’s a decent sized space for a mobile store. Most days start with us checking the stock and making sure the displays are on. Shagun Chowk is always noisy with traffic, so there is a lot of energy outside. We get people from all over the neighborhood. Some need help with their prepaid balances, others are looking for a new connection because they just moved here. We handle a lot of paperwork. It can be tedious but it’s part of the job. The air conditioning works okay most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We have a few staff members here who know the plans inside out. Sometimes the tea guy comes around and we take a quick break. We try to keep the counters clean. It’s a straightforward place. No one is trying to do anything complicated. If your phone has no signal, you come here. We check the settings or swap the card. We see a lot of families coming in together. It makes the day go by faster when it’s busy. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, so we know the local rhythms. It gets a bit crowded on Saturday evenings, so we have to move fast. We just stay focused on the customers and getting them what they need.
