Our academy is located in Pimple Nilakh, which is a part of Pune that has changed a lot lately. We are at S.NO.43/3B/1 in a building called Swapna Shilpa. Our specific spot is Flat-B/14. Vishweshwarayya Skill Training Academy Private Limited is run by a few of us who really care about skill building. The office is basically a residential flat, so it doesn't feel like a cold workplace. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and a living area that we’ve turned into a training room. It’s a bit cozy, especially on hot afternoons, but we have some good fans to keep the air moving. The building is quiet, which helps us focus on our work. We aren't a huge company with a big marketing budget. Most of what we do is just handled through word of mouth. We have some basic equipment and a whiteboard that’s seen better days. The furniture is a mix of things we’ve gathered over the years. It’s a very honest, hardworking environment. Getting to Pimple Nilakh can be a bit of a drive depending on where you’re coming from, but it’s a nice area once you arrive. We usually spend our mornings setting up for classes and our afternoons doing admin work. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy with the small community we’ve built here. There are no fancy logos on the walls, just the work we do.
