Vishnoi Hardware

Vishnoi Hardware is tucked into Shop No. 4 at Burshani Corner. We’re over by the Juna Motor Stand in Bhavani Peth. It’s a crowded area with lots of traffic and people looking for parts. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of nuts, bolts, tools, and metal bits. It’s hard to find things sometimes if you don't know the layout, but we know exactly where every single drawer is. The walls are lined with shelves that have seen better days, but they do the job of holding the heavy hardware. We get a lot of workers and builders coming in early in the day to grab what they need for their jobs. It’s a dusty place because of all the metal and wood we handle. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we mostly just remember or write it down in a big ledger book. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once, but that’s part of the charm of Bhavani Peth. We’ve been here at Burshani Corner for quite a while. My father started this, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. It’s not a glamorous job, but people always need hardware to fix things. We just stay open and help them find the right screw or hammer. It’s how we have always done things here.
