You can find Herco at Final Plot No. 14, specifically Sub Plot No. 8. We are right in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate - 2, which is part of the Ramtekdi Industrial Area in Hadapsar. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are always trucks and machinery sounds around us. Our building is quite plain, just like the others on the plot. We use the space for our daily operations and it fits everything we need. It’s not a place for tourists; it’s where the work happens. We have been in Hadapsar for quite some time. The industrial estate is huge, so we tell people to look for sub plot 8. It’s a busy environment and we’re usually pretty deep into whatever we are doing. We don't have any corporate fluff here. No fancy meetings in glass rooms. Just a lot of practical talk and getting things finished. The dust from the industrial area is a constant, so we’re always wiping down the desks and equipment. It’s a tough, hardworking part of town. We fit right in. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go during breaks. That’s pretty much the highlight of the social side of things. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive throughout the day. It’s just how we operate. Most of our neighbors are also busy factories or workshops, so there is a lot of shared energy in the area.
