Down on Old NDA Road in Shivane, we have our setup at Sahara, 82, /2. It is a bit of a drive out here but it gives us the space we need. The building is pretty straightforward and we use most of it for the assembly and the technical work. There is always the smell of solder or some kind of grease in the air. We have benches lined up with tools and testers everywhere. It is not the kind of place where you would want to wear a white shirt because it won't stay white for long. The road outside gets quite dusty in the summer months. We have a small crew and most of us have known each other for years. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just stand around the equipment and talk it out until it’s fixed. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer to get things sorted. We usually keep some biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The office part is just a few tables and some old computers that still work fine. We don't spend much on decorations because it doesn't really matter for what we do. It’s just a place where we build things and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home. It is a practical life.
