Vidyavikas Academy

Narayan Peth is one of those busy parts of Pune where everything feels a bit cramped but alive. Our place, Vidyavikas Academy, is in Adhav Chambers, right on the sixth floor. You have to take the elevator or the stairs if you're feeling energetic, and it’s always a bit of a squeeze. We are near Lokhande Talim, so people usually find us by looking for that landmark. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and there is usually a stack of papers on the main table that never seems to get smaller. We started this because there was a need for a quiet place for students to focus. It gets noisy outside with the traffic and the shops, but we've gotten used to the hum of the city. We spend our days going through different subjects and helping out with exams. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us making sure the classes run on time. Sometimes the fans make a clicking sound, and we keep meaning to fix them, but then the lessons start and we forget. Most of the students come from the local colleges nearby. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything like that. It is just a place to study and get work done. We try to keep things organized but with so many books around, it's a bit of a struggle. That’s just how it goes here in the middle of Pune.
