Mit College

This is Mit College, and we’re located over at Quarter Number 13/2 in the Siporex area. It’s a Type-IV setup in Khadki, which is part of Pune, Maharashtra. The pin code is 411020 if you're sending mail. We’ve been at this Khadki location for quite a while now. It’s more of a residential-feeling area because of the quarters, but that's where our office space is. It’s not the main huge campus you might see in pictures, but this is where we handle a lot of the administrative bits. There are plenty of trees around Siporex, which makes it a bit cooler in the summer months. People come by to drop off papers or ask about classes. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets and we just keep things moving along. Working in Khadki is different from being in the middle of the city. It’s a bit quieter, and you hear the birds more than the traffic. Sometimes it’s hard for new people to find the exact quarter number, but once you’re in the Siporex section, it’s not too bad. We just do our daily work here for the college. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a practical office in a government-style quarter. We like the routine and the local community around us. It’s a steady place to be. You get used to the pace of things here pretty quickly. It's just home for our staff.
