If you head down Alandi Road in Vishrantwadi, you’ll find us at number 324. That is where Vidyarthi Institute For Transformation is located. The road is always packed with people going toward Alandi or coming back into the city. Our spot at 324 is a bit of a landmark for us, anyway. It’s a straightforward building. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is mostly just us and the students or whoever is visiting that day. We spend a lot of time sitting at the big tables talking. The noise from Alandi Road is just part of the background now, we don't even notice it much anymore. Vishrantwadi is a busy part of town, and being right on the road means we see everything that happens. The building itself is sturdy enough, though the stairs are a bit narrow and you have to be careful if you're carrying books. We keep our papers organized as much as possible, but it gets messy when we are busy. It feels like a real place where people actually work, not some polished corporate office. We like being at 324. It’s easy to tell people where to go. Just find the Vishrantwadi junction and head down Alandi Road until you see the number. We’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just doing what we do every day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork. It is a busy life on Alandi Road but we are used to the pace.
