You can find us over at Akurdi Industrial Estate, specifically Plot No 3B+3 in the D-1 block of MIDC Chinchwad. It’s a big industrial area with plenty of activity. We’ve been based here for some time now. The facility is pretty standard for this part of town. Having a lot of floor space allows us to manage all the inventory and equipment. That smell of metal and oil in the air is just part of being in an industrial zone. A small office area handles the billing and the phone calls. Metal desks and filing cabinets are the only furniture there. Polishing the front office isn't something we care much about. Most of the day involves being out on the floor or dealing with logistics. Trucks come in and out of the estate all day long. The noise of the machinery nearby is something we've grown used to. Working together to keep things moving smoothly is our main goal. Sometimes things get backed up, but we just work through it. Everyone in our small team knows what needs to be done. Lunch is usually eaten together in the small break room. It’s a simple life, focused on the work at hand. Big corporate slogans don't exist here. We just show up and do what’s required of us every day.
