We run Vaansa Training And Projects Private Limited from Shivsparsh Heights. Specifically, we're in Flat 105 at S No 9/2/3A, which is near Sinhgad Institute in Ambegaon BK. It’s a busy part of the city because of all the students and colleges nearby. Our office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, which we actually prefer over those cold, modern office buildings. We handle both training and various projects from this location. There’s usually a lot going on at once. One of us might be on a call while someone else is trying to finish a project report. It can get a bit loud, especially with the traffic outside in Ambegaon, but we make it work. We aren't a huge company with layers of management. We just talk about what needs doing and how we can do it. Running a private limited company in such a lively area means we are always on our toes.
