Our academy is based out of IB Silver Leaf in the Pashan area of Pune. We are specifically located on plot number 65 in Ramnagar Colony. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood, which is a nice change from the crowded parts of Haveli. Upskill Teachers Training And Wellness Academy Llp isn't a massive institution with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small team of us working from this spot. The office has a bit of a homey feel to it because it’s in a residential colony. We have a few rooms set up for our training and wellness sessions. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our meetings, but we just laugh it off. It’s an honest, simple place. We don’t have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. Just some sturdy tables, chairs, and our computers. Getting here is easy enough if you know the Pashan area. We’ve been here for a bit and the local shopkeepers know us by name now. We spend our days planning workshops and talking to teachers who want to improve their skills. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and our desks usually end up covered in notebooks and tea mugs. We like the vibe of Ramnagar Colony. It feels real and grounded. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just show up every day and do our work as best as we can in this space.
