Universal Construction Machinery is located at 4, Akshay Apartment, right on Sinhgad Road in Pune. If you have ever driven down Sinhgad Road, you know it is always packed with vehicles and people going everywhere. Our office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers downtown. We handle all kinds of machinery stuff from here. It is mostly just us sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and trying to keep the schedules straight. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but that is just part of the job. The apartment isn't huge, so we have to stay pretty organized with all our papers and equipment manuals. We’ve been here for a while and the location is actually quite handy once you get used to the traffic. There is always something happening on the road outside. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the machinery gets where it needs to go. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the different sites we are supplying. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. We like being in this part of Maharashtra and just doing our work without any extra drama or complicated stuff.
