Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Lt.D

We have been operating out of Plot No 160 at Laxmi Niwas for a good while now. It is located in Sargam Society, specifically down Lane No.3 in Karvenagar. Being a part of the Pune 411052 community means we see a lot of the same faces every day. Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Lt.D is not a fancy place with a big lobby. It is just a practical office where we handle the heavy lifting of the construction business. Most of our time is spent dealing with machinery and making sure everything is moving to the right sites. The work is often greasy and loud, but that is just the nature of what we do. We do not have a dedicated marketing person, so we just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Sometimes the trucks blocking the lane make the neighbors a bit frustrated, but we try to keep things moving. We handle mixers and cranes and all the big gear that goes onto building projects. The office itself is full of old manuals and piles of paperwork that we eventually get through. We have seen Karvenagar change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. It is hard work, but we are used to it. We just focus on the gear and getting it out on time. If you walk by Sargam Society, you will probably hear us working. That is just how we run things here.
