We’ve been at Door No-302 in the Jb-3 building for a good while now. It’s right in the Ajmera Complex in Morwadi, which most people around Pimpari know well. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done every day. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs instead. Being in this part of Pimpari means it’s always busy outside, which keeps us on our toes. Unimax India Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We deal with the usual paperwork and calls that come with running a business like this. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know where the best tea is nearby. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It’s more about coming in, checking the lists, and making sure things get sent out on time. The sunlight hits the windows quite hard in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down mostly. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, more traffic mostly, but we stay focused on our own tasks inside these walls. Just desks, computers, and the people who know how to use them to get the job done. We just keep our heads down and work.
