Our office is at Flat No 202 in Wing B, part of the Sno 42/1 area at Trimurti Developers in Ambegaon. It’s a newer kind of residential and commercial development area, so there’s always some construction happening nearby. Working from a second-floor flat means it feels a bit more like a personal space than a corporate one. We handle the infrastructure side of the steel business from here, which involves a lot of planning and coordination on paper. The building is usually quite busy with other residents and small businesses around us. We have our desks set up in the main room, and there are always blueprints or site reports lying around. Ambegaon has grown a lot lately, and you can see the changes every time you look out the window. It’s not a huge office, so we all sit pretty close to each other and know exactly what everyone is working on. There is no receptionist or fancy waiting area; if you come by, you’ll just see us working at our computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites and suppliers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps our focus on the actual work instead of on how the office looks. We just do our best to stay organized amidst all the documents and the daily phone calls about shipments.
