Twacha Skin Clinic

Our clinic is located over at Office Number 14 on the first floor of Heritage Plaza. If you know Link Road in Chinchwadgaon, you probably know where this building is. It’s right in the middle of a lot of other offices and shops here in Pune. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up or take the lift, but it stays a bit quieter up here than it is right on the street level. We’ve been at Twacha Skin Clinic for a while now, just helping out whoever comes through the door with their skin concerns. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve got it organized well enough for the daily routine. We start our day by setting up the equipment and making sure the waiting area is tidy for the first few people. Sometimes things get backed up if a case takes longer than we thought, but that’s just how it goes in a medical office. We see a lot of local people from the neighborhood, and also some folks who work in the nearby offices. Chinchwadgaon is always bustling, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We just focus on our work and try to get through the schedule. We don't really do anything flashy here. It’s just a plain clinic where we do our jobs and then head home at the end of the day. The Link Road traffic is usually at its worst in the evenings, so we plan our day around that.
