If you’re looking for us, we’re up on the second floor of Swastic Chember in Eranwane. It’s office number 202, right above the ICICI Bank. It’s a busy building with a lot of movement throughout the day. We focus on cosmetic procedures and hair transplants here. It’s the kind of work that takes a lot of time and focus, so the back rooms are usually pretty quiet while someone is having a procedure done. The front office is where we handle the consultations and the scheduling for the week. We get people from all over Pune coming in. Some are just curious about what we do, and others have been thinking about a change for years. We try to be direct about what can be done and what can't. The clinic isn't huge, but we have the rooms set up for the specific equipment we need for hair work. Being above a bank means there’s always a bit of a crowd downstairs, but it’s more private once you get up to the second floor. Our staff has been doing this for a while, so they know the routine inside and out. It’s a lot of standing and precise work for the technicians. We just keep our heads down and get the jobs done for the people who walk through our door. It’s a professional space, but we keep it friendly enough so people don’t feel too nervous when they arrive.
