Tulja Bhavani Mutton Shop

We’ve been running Tulja Bhavani Mutton Shop here in Pimple Saudagar for a while now. Most people know us because we are right near Zaveri Bazar. It’s a busy spot and we stay pretty occupied from early morning. Every day starts the same way for us, getting everything ready before the first regulars show up. We focus on getting fresh stock because that is what people around here expect when they come to see us. There isn’t much to it, just keeping the place clean and making sure the cuts are what the customers ask for. Some people have been coming to us for years and they don't even have to say what they want anymore. We just know. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Just the shop and the meat we sell every day. Sometimes it gets really crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is planning a big meal at home. We try to work fast so nobody has to wait too long out in the heat. It’s hard work, being on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings and more people moving in, but the way we run the shop stays mostly the same. If you are around Zaveri Bazar and need something for dinner, you’ll find us there. We just keep things straightforward and honest, and that seems to be enough for most folks.
