We’re based out of SCMC House, located at 16/6 in Vishal Nagar, which is in the Pimpale Nilakh area near Wakad. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the heavy industrial zones, which suits us just fine. At Trio Motion, we spend our time working on motion control tech. It’s a lot of software and electronics. The office is usually pretty quiet because everyone is concentrated on their screens or testing a motor. We have some test benches set up where we try out different movements and sequences. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy reception desk or people in suits. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts and focus on the technical side of things. Vishal Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve got some good spots for tea nearby. Sometimes we get stuck on a coding bug for hours and have to walk around the block to clear our heads. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. People who need this kind of tech usually find us through the industry. The building itself is pretty standard, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on getting the motion controllers to do what they’re supposed to do without any fuss. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we get there in the end.
