Our office is located at 203 in the Raigad Building, which sits at Shivaji Chowk on the Phase 2 Road in Hinjwadi. If you know anything about this part of the city, you know that the traffic can be quite a challenge, especially during the morning and evening rush. But we’ve made our home here because it’s where all the technology action is. Traffitel Technology isn't a massive firm with hundreds of people. We’re just a small, dedicated team working from a few rooms in this building. The office is pretty simple—lots of computers, some tangled wires under the desks, and a small area where we have our meals. We don't have any of those trendy office setups you see in magazines. We just focus on solving the tech problems that come our way. Most of our days are spent in front of screens, occasionally having a quick meeting to figure out a difficult bit of code. We aren't big on corporate talk or long-winded presentations. We’d rather just show people what we’ve built. The food stalls around Shivaji Chowk are where we usually get our lunch, and it’s a good way to step away from the monitors for a bit. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve worked with us before or someone they trust gave them our name. We just try to do decent work and keep people happy without making a big fuss about it.
